About the Artist
Bridger Barksdale is an award-winning watercolor painter based in Central Utah. His career in the arts stems from childhood as he watched his family create inspiring works of art in many mediums. With a history in the performing arts as a classical ballet dancer, his journey lead him into the apprenticeship of his late Grandfather, who shared with Bridger his vast artistic knowledge and insight. With a desirable education, and many hours of hard work, Mr. Barksdale is grateful for every day he gets to experiment with paint and pencil. His passion for making images centers around his immediate experience and is propelled by a desire to tell a story from the bottom of his heart. Although watercolor is his specialty, he also takes advantage of oil, pastel, charcoal, graphite, and digital media.
