A half-day team experience that uses creativity to improve the way your team communicates, solves problems, and works together long after the workshop ends.

Half-Day Schedule (4 Hours)

Welcome & Team Discovery (60 Minutes)
Before any art, your team maps the real collaboration challenges you face every day, creating shared themes that guide the rest of the workshop.

Team Challenge #1: Miscommunication (45 Minutes)
One person describes a hidden image while their partner draws it, first with no questions allowed, then with unlimited questions. The difference is dramatic, and usually hilarious.

Break (15 Minutes)

Team Challenge #2: Exquisite Superhero (90 Minutes)
Teams of three turn one another’s strengths into superpowers and bring a shared superhero to life, with a twist we save for the day of.

Reflection & Discussion (30 Minutes)
We close by connecting the experience back to your workplace and the themes your team identified at the start of the day.
