Workshop Description

Dive into nostalgia and create your own one-of-a-kind vintage-inspired chip & dip bowl! Inspired by the iconic 1950s–70s pool-themed serving dishes, this workshop puts a playful twist on a classic favorite.
Morgan will provide a wheel-thrown bowl as your canvas. During class, you’ll customize your piece by sculpting and attaching decorative elements to transform it into a miniature scenes. Add dogs, pool floats, ladders, toys, plants, snack-loving characters, or any whimsical details you can imagine. Whether you lean retro, quirky, or completely over-the-top, your bowl will be uniquely yours.
No pottery experience is necessary—this class focuses on hand-building and decorating, making it beginner-friendly while still offering plenty of creative opportunities for experienced makers.
After class, pieces will be dried, glazed, and kiln-fired by the instructor. Your finished bowl will be both functional and food-safe, ready for your next party, movie night, or backyard gathering.
