Workshop Description
Each session begins with a short, guided embodiment and mindfulness practice led by Rachel Krahenbuhl, designed to help participants settle their nervous system, connect with their bodies, and listen beneath the noise of habit, expectation, and self-criticism.
From this place of internal quiet, we explore intuition—not as something mystical or elusive, but as a natural form of inner knowing that lives in the body. Intuition is where creativity begins. It’s how we make choices, follow curiosity, and create work that feels alive and personal.
After the opening practice, participants transition into guided art-making led by Workshop SLC artist Kacy Krummel, using intuitive prompts that invite trust, experimentation, and self-expression.
This class is less about producing a perfect final piece and more about developing a relationship with your creative voice—learning to listen, respond, and enjoy the process of making.
No prior meditation or art experience is required—just a willingness to slow down and be curious.
